Sharing What We Have…
- Christ Lutheran works together to support the wider community
- Collecting items for Chicago homeless encampment – items go direct to those who need. Most requested items include sleeping bags/blankets (clean but not necessarily new), socks, gloves, hand warmers, feminine products, hygiene kits and Mariano gift cards (store closest to our camp)
- Collecting items for those fleeing danger and war – backpacks and rolling suitcases, yoga/sleeping mats, OTC cold meds
- Collecting items for Sue’s Pantry, a local pantry serving all who need – modestly sized flour, oil, sugar, rice, detergent, body wash, dish soap, etc.
- And many more opportunities to share our blessings….
